That is why BridgeSource Auto verifies the application before confirming an order.

What we may ask you for

  • Vehicle model and year
  • Chassis code
  • Engine code
  • Gearbox code, where applicable
  • OEM or reference part number, if available
  • Clear photographs of the existing part
  • Measurements or tooth counts for technical components
  • Any known modifications to the vehicle

What happens next

  1. You submit the details
    Tell us what you need and provide as much identifying information as possible.
  2. We verify the application
    We cross-check the vehicle details, part references, dimensions and supplier information.
  3. We confirm the specification
    Where variations exist, we may request additional photographs or measurements before proceeding.
  4. You receive the final details
    We confirm the proposed part, price, availability and estimated lead time.
  5. You approve before ordering
    No sourcing order is placed until you have reviewed and accepted the confirmed specification.

For bushings and suspension components

Please include clear photographs of the complete control arm, each bushing position, the shock mounting arrangement and any available measurements.

For gearbox internals

Please include the gearbox casing code, vehicle and engine details, photographs of the damaged components, gear position, tooth counts and any visible identification marks.
